We provide structured, RN‑supervised day programming for adults with developmental disabilities enrolled with the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

RN oversight for complex medical needs
Hours of operation
Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Eligibility
Participants must be enrolled with DDD and have Day Habilitation authorized in their plan.
Transportation
Transportation may be available for eligible participants based on authorization and location.

We provide individualized supports in the home and community to promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

All services are coordinated with your Support Coordinator and follow your DDD‑approved plan.
Assistive Technology Evaluations
We conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify equipment and environmental solutions that improve safety, mobility, communication, and independence.

Clinical documentation for funding
Coordination with DDD, Medicaid, and Managed Care
